our delivery method of choice for both retail and wholesale customers. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and delivery.
Upon checkout you will receiver two emails from us.
- Email 1 will indicate that your order is “in processing” indicating that your order is being prepared.
- Email 2 Your order has been shipped indicating your order is indeed on it’s way and will contain a tracking number.
Terms:
Once your order has been shipped it is then the responsibility of the carrier. Tracking will be done through UPS. It is the customers responsibility to ensure delivery once your package has been given to the carrier.

Wholesale Customers
Terms:
- Orders are shipped after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS.
- If using Purchase Orders: A hard copy of the PO is required before the order will ship.
- Orders received by 3PM usually ship the next business day.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
